A Message from Superintendent Dr. Mark D. Benigni

 Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for all of your support during my first year as your Superintendent of Schools. As a lifelong Meriden resident, a product of the Meriden Public Schools and father of two future students, I care deeply about our school system and our students. It is my obligation to provide each and all of our students with the necessary opportunities to fulfill their dreams. The Meriden Public Schools provided me with a terrific education that allowed me to fulfill so many of my childhood dreams. As your educational leader, I am committed to making sure that all of our students complete challenging coursework in safe, supportive learning environments.
