The Supervisor of Mathematics works directly with principals, classroom teachers, and the math curriculum specialist to develop and implement meaningful mathematics curriculum.  It is the goal of this department to help teachers and students develop meaningful skills for mathematics; prepare for math-based segments of standardized tests; and incorporate the concepts of numerical reasoning, algebraic reasoning, geometry and measurement, and probability and statistics in the classroom to promote effective numeracy for use in everyday life.
