Breakfast and Lunch Menus
The Meriden Public Schools Food Service Program prides itself on serving nutritious breakfasts and lunches to students and staff in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. For families who qualify, reduced price and free breakfasts and lunches are provided. Click here to get additional information on applying for free or reduced meals. At elementary schools, breakfast is available for students, including AM and full-day Kindergarten. All meals are planned by a Registered Dietitian, prepared in compliance with the USDA Dietary Guidelines, and meet standards established by the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs.

MOM AND DAD…. LOOKING FOR A FAMILY FRIENDLY JOB?
The Meriden Board of Education Food Service Program is seeking substitute cafeteria workers. Substitute cafeteria workers are required to work in all of the schools in the district and perform general food service duties which include: the preparation and serving of meals, cleaning and sanitizing work stations and shelving inventory.
