Graduation Requirements

Graduation dates are set by the Board of Education at the second meeting in April.

The Connecticut General Assembly adopted legislation that mandated specific graduation requirements for all students throughout the state. The Meriden Board of Education adopted these along with locally developed requirements. Graduation requirements are detailed in the high school Program of Studies booklet which is given to every high school student.
